Uncle Bob’s Bears creates one of a kind chainsaw carvings of Adirondack bears and other woodland creatures.

Experienced craftsman and chainsaw carver Bob Doolen utilizes his unique skills to visualize the bear within large white pine tree stumps. Each carving has a unique character and purpose whether its to welcome visitors to a local camp, sit by a fireplace mantle, or to provide a dramatic eye catching sign to store fronts through out the Adirondacks.

Bob and his wife have worked on these sculptures for over ten years. Bob designs and carves while Heather treats each surface to give authentic coloring and character.
